I am Rachna Shroff, a first-generation lawyer with 14 years of experience across Gaming, Technology, Media & Entertainment, NBFC, and Iron & Steel. My journey has taken me through leading law firms like Naik Naik & Co., and serving as Legal Head of a gaming company. Today, I am part of one of India’s leading Media & Entertainment house, where I help safeguard multi-crore business interests through proactive legal counsel.

My Achievements and laurels over the years
My pursuit of an MBA in HR and Finance, where I earned a Gold Medal, was a turning point. It not only deepened my understanding of business but also ignited my passion for teaching. This passion first took shape when I was asked to deliver a lecture on the Constitution to my batchmates in the Good Governance and Public Policy Program. Following this, I taught 140 lectures on a top EdTech platform’s Technology and Fintech course, where I was honored to be rated among their top educators. Around this time, I also received an offer letter from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) for my LLM.
Imparting knowledge
I have been invited as a guest lecturer by some of the top law schools, including GLC, NMIMS, MNLU, and TRCL, Mumbai. Additionally, I’ve been a part of significant panel discussions, including the Gaming panel at IDGS organized by CII and the IP and Technology panel at NMIMS, Mumbai.
