Refund Policy
Learners may choose not to pursue the course due to multiple reasons including mismatch of expectations, time constraints, health issues, etc. Irrespective of the reason, we have a standard Refund Policy uniformly applicable to all our students.
The deductions are to cover platform, logistics, operational costs, and applicable taxes.
STANDARD REFUND TERMS
Courses purchased from LawsWithRachna (hereinafter referred to as ‘LWR’) may only be refunded on the basis of the below-mentioned:
80% Refund: Learners will be eligible for an 80% refund within the first 3 days of the date of registration.
50% Refund: Learners will be eligible for an 50% refund after expiration of 3 days and before 5 days from the date of registration.
No Refund: No request for refund, will be entertained after expiration of 5 days from the date of registration. No refund, either partial or in any other form can be claimed by the student under any other circumstances except the above-mentioned.
Note: The above-mentioned Standard Refund Terms shall be in accordance with the LWR’s Terms of Use.

CHARGEBACKS
If at any time, we record a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud or other rejection of a charge of any payable fees, this will be considered as a breach of your payment obligations hereunder, therefore you agree that LWR may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate termination, without notice to you, of your Learning Management System Account (LMS Account).
HOW TO SEEK A REFUND?
- Please write an email to orders@lawswithrachna.com mentioning your registered email address and the name of course for which you are seeking a refund along with the invoice. Please also mention your reason for requesting a refund.
- A refund confirmation email mentioning the amount of refund will be sent within 3 working days.
- The refund shall be processed in your original mode of payment within 10 days of receipt of your request.
